Previous gatherings: Espresso in the Park 1, Espresso in the Park 2
I was getting quite comfortable with this event. It wasn’t until this time that I realized that this could be considered a pop-up.
Unfortunately, this time was cut short in the early afternoon as we were asked to leave by the building staff. I had initially thought this was another residence building in UCSD’s graduate housing complex, but it turns out that this was a Family House that was meant to house the family members of those being treated in the university medical center.
Out of respect for this building and its residents, we will be looking for a new location to hold future events. But it was a good day while it lasted. Thanks all for coming out this time!
